Marketing professors been publishing research verifying this in business schools for generations.

Professors are always looking for real world projects to challenge their students.

I personally would put more emphasis on broader degree before going on so niche...unless offcourse you may want to become a professor in RE....just my two cents

Military housing tends to be in one geography and student housing and staff/professor housing in others. 

These bring in professors, nurses, doctors and employees year round.
