Is this a problem as it will trigger the bank to investigate why a new policy is written, and of course the old policy cancelled?

., there shouldn't be a problem, as they can prorate/forward payments properly but you'll need a letter/cooperation from the current owner.

I'm sure other investors run into this problem as well...I was going to create an LLC a couple months ago until I found 99% of banks wont lend to LLC, great.

So, you MUST always keep significant reserves in place to deal with such a problem. A
