You don't even need MICR printers/cartridges anymore.Depending on the number of entities, might be worth moving to dedicated property management software. 

People assume certified checks are always legitimate but with such sophisticated printers now certified checks are one of the most counterfeited items out there.

Someone suggested to put a piece of printer paper over the yellow paper and write your letter.Then put the yellow paper in the tray and hit copy.

MichelleI have not used either product, however I know that the initial sign up costs with sales Team Live can be up there.We wrote the content of the yellow letter on a simple white sheet of paper and then gave it to a local printer.
