You don’t need a virtual title company… you need Docusign or one of the many alternative electronic signature platforms (or a printer and a scanner/fax).

Someone suggested to put a piece of printer paper over the yellow paper and write your letter.Then put the yellow paper in the tray and hit copy.

MichelleI have not used either product, however I know that the initial sign up costs with sales Team Live can be up there.We wrote the content of the yellow letter on a simple white sheet of paper and then gave it to a local printer.

The scope is only what I described, showing a transfer of assets going from our individual ownership to the LLC, for instance, showing that we've "sold" the printer, computer, office furniture for use in the business, along with the first balance sheet to reflect such.
