You don't need to know everything to get started; you need a foundation to build on, and the rest will come through experience and then refining your education.You can build a basic understanding of investing in 3-6 months.

Does anyone have experience with banks that offer these without fees?

In addition to public Service Jesse Brewer is a real estate broker with over 20 years’ experience in dealing with rental properties both as an owner / manager, but also as a broker selling them.

I feel like my "circle of people" really needs an expansion and improvement and I want someone with more experience in the field I want to be in to really help me gain myself to success!

@Robert Gorra - I've had a similar experience where I've had a really hard time with getting GC's to even give me an estimate, and the few that have have been way overpriced (ie, they want me to put in $20k of cabinets in a budget flip) or have had their prices go up by about 40% and still not give me a firm price when I try to nail down the scope of work.

What is your real estate experience (generally and specifically)?

So far, it’s going really well, and I’m glad we made the shift.For me, the decision wasn’t about issues with self-managing but more about freeing up time and mental space to focus on the next steps in our investing journey.Curious to hear others’ experiences as well!
