Hi Benjamin,Start by reaching out to relocation companies, insurance housing providers, and major employers in the area who may need temporary housing for executives or displaced employees.

Then you have companies that originate and having a loan go NP is a semi disaster :)  What I am seeing is some of the NPN folks have had to go into origination as the NPN space inventory shrunk a ton and or pricing was to high to make sense. 

Offer a personal guarantee (reduces investor risk if you have the balance sheet for a PG to be worth anything).  

So why is the $2,500mnth person paying $250 and the other one paying $350 ??????
