Even though this is a simple concept, I don't believe people can get their heads around the Market. 

I really trusted my agent and knew several people who had invested in Reno so I took the leap after trying and failing for years to buy my own home in really high cost cities where I lived (NYC, DC, SF Bay area). 

I believe this law presents a great opportunity—not only as a sustainable business model but also as a way to help people in need.However, I have no experience in real estate or foreclosure auctions.

Hi my names Jordan, really coming here to potentially get in contact with people who have been or are in similar situations.

For example, in my state PA there is an inheritance tax and many TAX auction properties originate from people passing away and the heir(s) not taking control over the estate and paying those property taxes.

When I go to events like this, I do go to some of the sessions, but most of my time is just sitting in the lobby chatting with people. 

I'm seeking advise from people who may have been down this road before on whether we should seeking other financing methods to go LLC to LLC or quit claim the lot back to our personal names to satisfy the 1031 exchange rules. 

Also, people who are motivated to sell quickly may find there are buyers who want to buy quickly, and at a discount.  

I would love to hear people's more recent thoughts as well.
