Lease-options are financing arrangements if rents are applied to a purchase price, tax and financing laws have changed, I suggest you see a CPA before getting involved in L/Os. :)

Keep day job and reduce hours os the way yo go!

And if these properties are being rented, then it os proof that the rents are not too high.

Could you check again to make sure your still having issues then let me know which OS and version of safari/firefox you are using?

i really do not like that all the font in the forums are in light blue they should be changed to black to make it easier on the eyes. but the rest looks and feels modern similar to the new Windows OS

The reality os that an FHA loan will be frowned upon by any listing agent thats receiving  multiple offers. 

I've upgraded to OS 8 and now whenever I use the bigger pockets app on my phone it crashes.

But there are many advantages to dong L/Os.
