Before reading this, I would have guessed the answers you got, more or less, I'm glad I was mostly correct.I wanted to reinforce a point, that I think was the reason for your original post.

To answer your original question - I include the video on VRBO (there is a place to put the link there) and I also have a YouTube channel for my videos.  

They typically have multiple origination points (meaning very high closing costs) very high rates (compared to conventional but also compared to 6 month or longer waiting period DSCR products) and almost always have VERY long pre-payment periods up to 5 years.
