Pretty common strategy as I understand.Does anyone know if I'll have to quit claim it back to my personal name in order to obtain a HEL?  

Until now, I had a great credit score, but I'm concerned that my increased debt might affect my ability to obtain a HELOC or a Home Equity Loan.A lender approached me, claiming they could help me secure a HELOC, but the encounter felt coincidental, making me feel vulnerable.

Should I take out equity in the home towards a crash pad and/or doing some minor upgrades on the home OR should I save up to get into air BNB arbitrage to increase my money flow and put that towards fixing the home and eventually obtaining a crash pad.

But I have started to take my real estate endeavors serious over the last year and my studies much more serious over the last 5 months and although I may not be ready, I am ready and eager to take that leap of faith and try and put what I know into affect with the right people and obtain my first property in the West Texas area via House Hacking or a buy and hold deal within the next 60-90 days.
