Most states require them to produce a report with that data to give to the client.So why is having an algorithm look at the rental data illegal, but an individual person look at the data not?

Largely, the appreciation in housing prices is coming from both new migrants and investors coming from the East (GTA) as well as international countries (predominately from the middle east).We are also seeing drastic increases in the rental rates which in turn are pushing investment property prices up as well.

In fact, one of my clients last year closed on a house hack near Keystone and turned a 5 bedroom single family home into a 6 bedroom house, and he is living in one room and renting out the 5 other rooms individually between $1,300-$1,400 per month per room because of the lack of affordable housing options up there.

It turns out that we were never going to get paid out in the first place, and eventually found out some of my properties closed, but was still never paid out for them, but most of my properties simply just ended up dropping and i was never informed of it.

I suppose something more turn-key could be a good option, but haven't come across many viable options there yet.Anyways, we still have a lot more to learn and still need to familiarize ourselves with the area/market, but just wanted to pop in to say hi!
