I have yet to purchase a place.And at the moment, I'm an engineer (... or slave) to an aerospace company and would like to supplement my income with investment property.Perhaps one day, with due diligence, 100% of my efforts will benefit me (by allowing me to leave engineering), instead of pulling the line for the slackers and monkeys at my company.

I'll probably pay it off and if and when I sell it I may take back the financing and supplement my retirement income.

Jon, i don't have time to devote to 1000's of leads...i'm trying to pursue a music career and use real estate as a supplement..the wholesaling thing is just a way to generate extra income..so i'm happy w/ 100 or so leads even though the most i ever got in a month when i was trying to actively wholesale was maybe 15. who are the NOLA people u refer to?

You are welcome to join us.The brothers bought a 170 space mobile home park in North Carolina a few years ago so the income will supplement their military retirement pay.

We have raised millions from lenders in many different ways and in varying amounts, but none are interested in low returns to help us attract more buyers.I think in the end this is supplemental money.
