I am sure there are people who did it, even on this forum I saw posts by multiple users who claimed that they were successful doing this method.

It is increasingly more difficult to pay of even one mortgage when you are cashflow negative, let alone multiple.

I'm currently flipping properties in my backyard (SoCal) and have the liquidity to fund multiple projects.

A lot of classes can be used in multiple states.

They were in my portal multiple times, but Support said just unlink the false info, several times!! 

Some areas of the west coast are allowing multiple units to be built out on a single parcel and in these higher COL areas, it's a boon for the homeowners, renters, builders and even for the local governments that are collecting the building fees.

there are multiple cities across the Midsouth that make for solid investments and you are still able to even see some cashflow even in today's environment without buying just straight up high risk properties.

I am also considering multiple rentals and it appears that I have found a pretty good property manager based on feedback I have. 

Some banks can spread your funds around to multiple banks if you carry a balance over $250k and want to have all the necessary FDIC insurance…merry Christmas!
