@Chris Dawson - I just stumbled upon this thread, and you nailed exactly what I was looking for. 

I'm not arguing if cameras are better or worse or trying to nail down a specific applications of where the use makes sense.

So, we bought a second 9-bedroom in the same development (and during Covid—another nail-biting story entirely).

Very little vacancy there over the past 4 years since we’ve been running it as a combo MTR/STR (because of the cap on the number of nights it can be rented).

Still working through our market analysis to choose our location, and will reach out when we get that nailed down. 

their credit is already trashed with late payments and NOD filed.. the actual foreclosure is just another nail in their credit coffin. 

   =)  there were rehab loans available for a while for 0% interest, which was cool... but there was a cap on the number of properties you could own and be eligible for, which i was above.so we need some kind of catalyst or incentive.
