I live near an army base where there is a high turnover due to it being a training post for all branches of the military.

I am retire from the military after 23 years , currently work as a program manager, and Luisa has 16 years in service and will retire in a few years. 

I’ve had a rental property due to a military move during the housing market crash.

This guy was ex military police and seems to be an authoritarian who thinks everyone is under him because he thinks he's still a Sergeant.

Once renovated and rented out they will stay with family when visiting the US.I currently live in AZ (military) and stay in the house for a week or two once a year.The house as it is, is approximately worth $850,000.00.

I am a US citizen that works out in Japan as an Expat Contractor for the US military.

@Erelyn ApolinarI’m here in San Antonio and I did the 6-month DoD Skillbridge program with a mortgage lender as I was transitioning out of the military.

There are a few unique things about it that really help out: 1) Okaloosa Island has a height restriction for all building because of the proximity of military installations on the island.

I’ve had a few in the homes I lived in (military), so I never saw a problem with it.
