If short term stays are allowed in your area, that might be another strategy to get some good reviews before switching back to a medium-term strategy.

Please don't follow the teachings of all these gurus promoting DMM.It is not the "verbiage" of the marketing material that magically does the trick.It is your ability to show how credible, trustworthy, and competent you are that drives a conversion.The medium itself (mailers) works against you.

You can do short term little risk EMD loans and generally just work with the title companies who you wire and get wires from OR go all in and be one the title with short to medium low risk but still risky loans.
