This business is real now it’s called Kim’s place in OKC her web page sucks but every one in the agency knows the location.

Web browser access is ok. - I can’t seem to edit my posts from within the app.

So I feel like you a leaving a gaping hole in the marketing material (namely the specific web page for the offering) as to what you intend to do with the money and how, potentially, we may ever be able to get our money out and/or see a return. 

@Eric Matuszewski you can got to the fannie mae web page. 

We, as a company, rately post on the MLS, since we get enough traction with the other web sites and really dont need other agents to bring potential tenants to us. 

Need I say more.Savings: $6,000Talent: I love details, photography, and I'm web savvy because I'm a web developer even though I'd like to be a full time investor and say good-bye to tech. 

I would like to have help finding properties (web pages or other strategies to find them) , help making a portfolio to show a bank when i find a good deal, access to banks and places that offer money for flips, and someone to review/remind me of things i might forget being new to investing.

If you want to be a host, but do not own anything, you can still do that and make money.Homeowners who don't want to have hosting duties can offer their unit(s), and a Host can opt to take it on.It is a great matchmaking opportunity for homeowners who have units, but don't want to do the work, and for a Host who doesn't mind the work, but doesn't have the inventory to both profit.Anyway, I just thought I would throw that out there since there is a legal, and inviting way to do what you are talking about without getting in trouble with a landlord OR take on any added leasing debt liability.
