Listen, this isn't hard.

I am new to posting but have been listening to the podcast for years now.

As a beginner, I’m still reading and listening to all the great advice and content out there, but tentatively working towards house hacking via a multi family property in Philadelphia.  

I recently listened to a podcast and a story of a guy who had success with this in only 2 years.

As for being willing to move anywhere have you listened to the recent podcasts with Austin Wolff?
