We plan on buying in Columbia sc and im thinking of buying property near the hospitals and college and renting to collage studies and short turn nurse rental. 

However, definitely worth a look.Zillow might work aswell, but definitely has it's limitation.

The influx of tech jobs, manufacturing, mining, and Californians there is a strong population and combined with limited to no multifamily new construction we expect a severe housing shortage.
