You can do this by playing in sports leagues, going to fundraisers, neighborhood meetings etc and talk about real estate and see if people are looking to sell.

I was surprised it took so long to find a website with a freebie from an investor.I haven't checked out your website totally I have to get a boy to a baseball game but I was wondering how long it took to get it up and going.

I had something weird form Sherman bridge come across my desk it was a property we had for sale and they presented a POF .. but one looked at the actual account it was the Rehab trust account.. of course it had a significant amount of money in it.. but those are not their funds to use to buy properties.. bush league move in my mind..

Note buying is a very interested process with potential healthy returns, if you have the right connections and ask the right questions. i checked out Scott's webpage and the price he charges for seminars is a bit out of my league.
