I just made that transition and I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was.I can keep all my current bookings with Evolve.I was able to transfer my reviews back to my VRBO listing.For $250, I can keep my photographs and listing description.I am now back on my own and the transition was fairly quick (it took a few days) and simple.

That may only be due to me being intimately familiar with the lending process and they do things quite differently than I do with my clients.Hope that offers some valuable insight to anyone considering Lennar Mortgage.Cheers!

Suffice to say, the cost in time and money to get the unit tenant-ready far exceeded his late fees and the down payment.Lesson: You get more of what you tolerate.

Very nice, very respectful and overall super pleasant and appreciative...BUT...they checked in and wondered if I had a wall clock, they needed a reading light, wondered about a 6' extension cord or if I could get them one, were there more hangers etc.

If you are not familiar intimately with what is going on with the investment, be very very careful.

As I have had first-hand experience, and also know someone enough intimately to where nothing was drawn up against them simply because of the proper structuring. 

I'm not trying to get in over my head on a project that will require more then I have to give (in time and knowledge), however my job does provide me some flexibility.

And will pay off - in time...
