I have never done it for insulation or complete drywall job.Please help!!!

Electric heating in an old presumably poorly insulated building in the NE is very expensive. 

They took a picture that didn't show anything, and apparently the removed insulation, which my realtor said could indicate there was some mold. 

I have a small trailer on land in the middle of no where and it is not insulated as well as it should be and it sits north south instead of east west and is on a hill. 

The coming recession may drag RE prices down a bit due to the housing affordability crisis but your considering MF and the demand for housing in Austin is so strong that we should benefit from some insulation.

@Gaurav K. if you choose electric make sure your building is insulated very well otherwise your electric bills may be very high for your tenants which may cause more turnover.

@Wesley W. the guys I had tearing it out got to keep it as part of the payment.They totally gutted the bathroom (mold & all) & the kitchen $200 & took all the debris away.Then they installed all the new insulation & drywall throughout kitchen, bathroom outside foyer & hallway down stairs $250.I paid for materials & did the mudding, finishing & painting but they worked like dogs.

Coverage will vary by local, city, county, state governments, but some examples might include requiring sprinklers, upgrade electrical wiring (older homes can have aluminum wiring which isn't used often anymore at least in CA), electrical panel upgrades, insulation / energy value requirements, different fire place construction

I was able to see passed the insulation and nest withing the pipe hole, there was a plastic film over the wood beneath them. 

By creating the LLC, you are insulating yourself personally, should you experience any legal complications.
