A lot of my inquiries come from moms and grandmothers looking for vacations for one or two families.I also worry about things like Airbnb holding all funds until the guest checks in and a few other things.For those of you in the major vacation markets (Disney World, Pigeon Forge, Hawaii, etc.), what are your thoughts on this?

I was getting a lot of inquiries and I would say about 90% who don’t even qualify— bad credit, asking if I will work with them on the deposit... etc.

Your management style  (Make yourself available to field the inquiries.

Is it strange that they took it down immediately upon getting an inquiry?  

Maybe you're getting 20 inquiries because it is priced perfect. 

Not the worst for traffic and inquiries, but the worst for qualified tenants.

As a property manager, I get these types of inquiries all of the time.
