It depends on where you want to live, income, personality, and other factors.You could buy a large home and rent out the individual rooms to cover expenses, but this comes with problems.

You have a far better chance trying to sell to an individual than targeting hedge funds.

Ultimately, it’s about trusting your gut and assessing each situation individually.

Others prefer to get their information and resources from multiple sources over a longer period of time.

For instance, in my private lending, I dont really give a numerical credit score much weight, but I absolutely look at the composition and history of the individual tradelines on a report if the borrower is a smaller outfit, such as a single member LLC or similar solopreneur-type operator.

Changing Preferences for People’s Desire to Live in the Metro AreaThis is likely due to the newfound appreciation for these types of community and experiential activities from the inability to access them during the Pandemic, as well as the lack of need to be near transactional retail stores with consumers now being accustomed to doing a lot of their shopping online.

@Denise CarringerMy preference is to go local - some community banks offer this type of service or local escrow companies, which is what I found, because they offer a higher level of service than most national.
