On paper terry looks to be the better candidate, but my heart is leaning towards Audrey.

Hello, I am in no way qualified to answer this because I'm new/starting out myself, the advice I've taken to heart is to make sure the lease agreement is stringent enough to eliminate the majority of the bad situations.

But my hearty encouragement to EVERYONE is figure out how to get off the grid for at least a couple days, the rewards are fantastic! 

But I think we need to change up her diet.

The uninformed mind always says no ... the inexperienced heart is always cautious ..And ... in a very practical sense, I have found that "buyers" don't realize that "buying" real estate isn't like "buying" a car or a hamburger or a new coat.
