Home is our school, the gym, the movie theater, the best local restaurant.

I disagree with the gym analogy.

Those add value for a tenant when they think they're getting something included in their rent like a pool/gym, or even utilities like water and trash. 

I come from the gym at that time

Let's call it a free workout with no gym fee.  

I keep my mind & body nurtured by reading and going to the gym.

- Possibly take my father out to eat- Watch a movie or two with kids- Let go of real estate brokers / individuals who wasting my time - Stop by and assist my mother in her yard- Hit the gym for at least 35 minutes- Watch basketball game later tonight- Think of ways to enhance myselfRegardless have a nice father day to all who is celebrating

Be around 'old guys' at diners in the morning or at senior circuits at the gym. 

Cellphones, internet, gym memberships,airlines.
