But there is just not enough housing here for the amount of people, and so monthly rent has increased significantly for tenants due to the high demand and lack of supply. 

You'll need to figure out how to wire it (it's not that tricky, a lot of devices have a 12v power supply) or pick a different model that can plug into a wall but has similar specs. 

One rate for just renting the stall or enclosure, another price if you supply feed, yet another price if you want them in an inside stall like a large barn, etc. 

I would then treat with enzyme (google enzyme for pet urine) usually available at local janitorial supplies.

I applaud the efforts of others but I don't feel the need to supply a bunch of snacks, especially with a larger home where I would have to leave a lot for everyone.

Just the economics of this market show there is room for prices to continue to rise - supply and demand.

End of the day the fed wants to shrink the money supply and wiping out deals like this is one way they get it done.

Vrbo.Agree with others that have said your global perception of vrbo clientele is not reality although could be for certain areas.You need both regardless. 

If that supply exceeds demand, you'll see prices soften, which will cause even more concern.
