Having been thru a number of real estate cycles since starting in the late 70's (and as an observer before that) I remain fascinated at how quickly people forget. 

The discussion of wages influencing rents is absolutely fascinating to me.

What I find fascinating with most blogs and posts on these forums is that almost all numbers being used in the poster's analysis are fabricated or hypothetical.

This is fascinating stuff and I can't seem to get enough of it, even though I think I've reached the saturation point but I'm digesting it as fast as I can.A little background about me.
