@Michael Guzik I think you should read "One Thing" by famous Gary Keller of Keller Williams.

One word of advise though, when starting out plan to concentrate on one area at a time, just like Gary Keller likes to says that in his famous "One thing" book!

We generally haven't experienced any of the horror stories that rental properties are famous for.
