A neat feature with xfinity (no I don’t work there 😀) is the voice remote and once you have one box you can stream the service to the rest of your TVs cutting down the cost of extra cable drops.

If the higher end rent prices on comparable units take an extra month to fill the vacancy and also the tenant stays 1-2 years instead of 3-4 years on average those landlord make LESS income charging that rental price ESPECIALLY if they pay a PM a placement fee upon turnover on top.

Alternatively, your GC can keep you posted on progress, but having a local project manager or even a trusted friend to occasionally drop by can provide extra peace of mind.Hope this helps, and good luck with your rehab project!

It's still early but we're expecting tenants to use the service for 9-18 months, and about 45% to also order the extra reporting of their previous rent payments which costs ~$20-25.

If you are still willing to stay in the same unit as your brother you can get a 2-4 unit building, rent out the other units and still rent a bedroom within your unit to your brother for extra income.
