KDP Septic based in Phillipsburg is excellent, they put in a complicated 50K system for us in East Amwell Township in the dead of winter this year (high water table on property so needed pump up leech field system, ground was frozen, they have all the heavy equipment needed for something like this).

I tell tenants that our lovely townhomes come with an equipped kitchen but not bugs.

All my properties are equipped for the corporate crowd (WiFi, self-check-in, etc.) but I don't focus my marketing just to attract them.

It helps to inventory the condition of the place and note remaining life expectancy on equipment.

You may find a local farmer who may be interested in it for some additional equipment parking or for the small barn or shop it has. a 2/1 here in the valley out in the farm areas might fetch you $1000/month depending on the condition of the home.
