And most will be able to pay the taxes when they come due, and put on a new roof, and put on a new coat of paint.As well as replace the carpets, cut the grass on a regular basis, replace the windows, reseal the chimneys when the liners crack, etc..It's unlikely that that these homes will fall into the slum category in 10 years or so, and make the asset underlying the loan virtually worthless.Or just vanish when the place starts to fall apart too much, due to no down-payment (no skin in the game 100% loans).Said the lawmakers who approved this.

Essentially someone that isn't hungry to get you into any property, but has your best interest in mind to get you in the right propertyTips / General Comments- Look at inventory first thing every morning- Go and see several properties - don't fall in love with the first one you see, and don't wait until the perfect duplex comes up to have it be the first one you see-understand how much work each property needs.

Next, 10k in damage seems excessive for an emergency leak, since if the leak was in a wall, it would most likely result in most of the water falling into a basement (if there is a basement) or it would pool along the floor.
