They are familiar with you and can give you direction and documentation.  

If I were in their shoes, I would prefer you pay me directly for control the money used for care and other expenses.

Approach them directly.

You can target lists through a multiple list source sites, skip trace those lists, then market to those buyers through cold calling, SMS campaigns, direct mailers, and/or door knocking; amongst other routes.
