I built my houses in Brazil out of cement and rebar and bricks.

Cement platforms for piers (currently no platforms which is why the piers are sinking and damaged), new piers, and new sill platform where needed (entire north wall needs new sill plate and north part of East wall needs new Sill plate - not sure exactly how far the problem goes). 

I think it really helps build rapport and cement a positive relationship.

Ask your CPA, title officer, closing attorney, doctor, dentist,  or another trusted professional for a recommendation. 

My contractor is urging me just to get a dehumidifier in the basement, open up these cemented in windows in basement for some air flow and put bleach on walls for mold but we didn’t discuss the foundation.Would appreciate some advice.Thanks and happy holidays!

One office space is rented by a dentist for $3600 per month (1.5 years left on lease and when I met him he indicated he is staying), the residential space is renting for $2700 per month (current tenant has been there for more than 20 years already) and there is a third office on the ground floor that is currently vacant (the owner has never really marketed it, but it seems to me to be another $2500-$3000 in gross rent).

I have a few dentist friends and nurse anesthetist buddies.

Built on a cement slab, and still had to be lifted.

It could be your dentist, your doctor, the professional football player next door, they can provide 100% of the money and are easier to please.
