My numbers for my first month is a bit skewed because some bookings was on VRBO and some were discounted for my first month so I'll have better numbers in 3 months time.But it is my first month well barely my first month so most of these estimations are based on airbnbs near me that do well at worst I will make 12k in profit which for a first year is not bad for me personally.
