A potential challenge with a HELOCs is they are based on the current appraised value of your home, not the improved value, so you would need to make sure you have enough accessible equity.

I’d love to hear from others who have navigated similar challenges or have insights on improving profitability in the short-term rental space.

It isn't really any harder to drive a stick, just different, but for people who never learned it seems very challenging.

It's laborious, messy - but it was far less damaging/challenging than the photos found on the internet...even with plastered walls.
