Can they get the inspection done for the date you want occupancy.

Sure the site is a little out-dated in appearance but it is so user-friendly and although it isn't my highest producing lead source, I do tend to get very strong leads from there and no spam so far.

In order to qualify for the Section 121 exclusion, you must have used your home as your main home for a period of at least two years out of the last five years prior to its date of sale.  

I’m sure the prices for things are out of date, but they were always going to vary by market anyway.

The other fellow agents in our office are ALWAYS down to help each other and intro to other investors, contractors, property managers etc.
