There are many many threads in these forums about it, some of the information may be a bit dated, but the general idea is the same.

I’ve built strong relationships with agents, contractors, and other investors in the area, and one of my contacts informed me that the owner was considering selling but hadn’t listed the property yet.

At this point, I’m in information overload between where to invest but also what custodian I should use to manage the SDIRA.

The only information I had to go on was with the last Lender informed me so maybe it was specific to the company they were with.
