Both major contenders for CA Gov have said they want to ramp up building in CA massively, but I don't see how that works if rent control covers every residential property.

I contend that this should have been included in Box 1 - rents.Box 3 amounts are not allowed to be included in my Schedule E, so they are kicked out to a Schedule C, which will raise my tax liability unless I move the associated expenses (which of course were for a rental property) over to Schedule C.  

For at least the immediate term, we will continue using the incumbent property management company; thankfully, there are a number of established contenders in the area.

I'm trying to choose between a few different companies (PayYourRent.com, Rentalutions and Cozy.co are the top 3 contenders from my initial research).
