It would seem like investors would want the conference here...more "local".  

Has anyone seen pricing for the all-inclusive resort and conference yet?

I was speaking at a conference a couple of years ago and one of the other speakers, an executive with an appraisal management company, pointed out that the average age of an appraiser in the US at that time was 58 years old.

The national conferences are always outstanding with more topics than I could mention.

If the seller agents, in their power, refuses to show my offer or play defensively against it that's fine-- but there's legal recourse.

Listen to podcasts, read/listen to books, follow some of the main STR industry operators on social media, go to conferences, network with those in the STR industry, and make connections with other STR operators in your area.

Fed Chair Powell has now seen 2 months of hotter than expected inflation reports, saying at a March 20 press conference that these reports “haven’t really changed the overall story, which is that of inflation moving down gradually on a sometimes bumpy road toward 2%.”
