This is owed to a number of reasons, but it mostly boils down to a 50-year endless demand to live in the area due to brilliant schools, virtually-nonexistent crime, great weather, and very high quality of life.The description I just gave you applies mostly to the more-expensive Conejo Valley area which comprises of Newbury Park, Thousand Oaks, Westlake Village, Agoura Hills and Oak Park.

This is a hedge.If you think the nukes might blow us back to stone age, then acquire commodities that people will want- matches or lighters, soap, personal hygiene items, generator, coleman stove and gas.

It's not a large pool so I was hoping that I could buy some special towels to soak it up and then clean the floors with some kind of soap.

Also some people have a problem using less soap so they have soapy clothes.. but that is front load or top load.  

I find that a warm buck of water and some tide powder soap in the water and then on the wetted floor and scrub with a good stiff bristled brush.  

Nice to know if your dealing with a clog or slow down caused by , grease, soap, hair, tree roots, foreign material like stuff that dont belong there.

Soap them up and slide them on and crank down the hose clamp .
