Unless people attend these types events I don't think they understand how influencial these people are.

There are 2 types of people who dog on Detroit.. 1.

The picture makes me think of a "mini" hotel or some type of destination/STR property.

I think there are a few types of people when it comes to this oft asked questions. 

If you are neighborhood agnostic, sure, but the type of property you are likely considering will look like an underwriting dumpster fire.

I am actively looking to connect with investors interested in [mention specific types of investment opportunities,  single-family homes, multi-unit properties, distressed to expand my portfolio and deliver strong returns.
