Where the HERDS see reckless risk the Capitalist sees calculated opportunity.Someone can live under a rock their whole life and likely be technically safe but what kind of life is that to have never truly lived and worked to unlock their true potential? 

I just don't see people abandoning their homes even with job layoffs. . . .I knew someone who lost her job as a software engineer after the dot-com bubble burst and wasn't able to find another one (the job market shrank quite a bit after the venture capitalists scaled back).
