I can see why they price their projects accordingly because their system is designed to help relieve the construction management from the investor.

Intent is to get the foundation blessed off by a Civil Engineer and save about $15K in foundation costs as the original design was for a 3400 sf house.

It ends in a $395M annual loss and entire brand tarnished by political spin.
