I then bought a duplex and eventually got bigger.

I would definitely encourage to utilize all the resources that Bigger Pockets has to offer. 

Bigger Checks/Bigger bills = Bigger buy down of interest and bigger savings/leverage.

As a powerful organization, I would like to see Bigger Pockets become a leader in not simply educating real estate investors but leading the way in warning investors about the real estate guru pitfalls.  

I've listened to a ton of episodes of the Real Estate Rookie Podcast and the Bigger Pockets Real Estate Podcast.

It's like the person who goes and buys a bigger tv because it's 40% off when you had a perfectly working tv.
