House is worth 260k and we owe 200k on it.

Just started using https://www.turbotenant.com/ it gives you a focal point to house documents, gives you a credit report and some other things but it's still your decision to make with the collected information. 

I don't know, it sounds kind of weird but my friend is kind of freaking out about potential liability since the lien was literally placed on the house essentially hours before closing.This is being made all too complicated.  

Also, it is bananas that a house like that is one is only 849k.

That said, everything I read and Realtor friends I speak with confirm that sales are far and few between in residential housing at the moment. 

We had a tenant HUD approved Section 8 where we had 12 people ina 4 bedroom house. 

There is a guy near me with 6 small houses he rents , he has a waiting list .

Lots of people move as soon as the kids are out of the house. 

I’m able to pay cash for some houses occasionally when my savings builds up.
