Hi Charm,Are you trying to create criteria for the next time this happens you know if you will automatically deny it?

The file you'll download is a zip file but mine did not open through the right program automatically thus the error. 

Seems like the house will sell itself.....and escrow is pretty automatic nowadays.....

All things being equal, I'd rather not have an HOA with fees, but a family friendly neighborhood with amenities like a pool and playground may bring in a higher rent than other comparable non HOA properties.I don't prefer an HOA, but it's not an automatic deal killer.

Hi there - In Ontario Canada, there is no vacancy clause, meaning leases that are for a longer term, like one year, go automatically into month to month, so I need an extremely good reason to evict.

I am a bit lazy unfortunately and need that automatic syncing.

Then i connect it to my locks so that when guests check in, the door code is set to their phone number and it is set automatically.

I also connect it with RemoteLock so anytime a guest makes a reservation, a door code is automatically created for them equal to the last four of their phone number.

The automatic emails or text messages are free and easy to set up and I think it's a good practice to let them know that I will be following up on this and will evict you over it without flat-out saying it.
