What I love about Baselane is that it was built BY real estate investors FOR real estate investors so it's really dialed in to what you're going to need in order to prepare your taxes, keep your books up to date and the more operational aspects of being an REI like tenant vetting and processing rent payments.

It's just not how successful people operate.

Are you doing the work yourself or what is your plan on tackling the operations? 

I host a group for midterm rental operators and I had 2 people in last week's meeting essentially say the same thing.

Not an expert here but my Brother is a heavy equipment operator in Northern CA and did a lot of the fire clean up when those fires happened and he mentioned contractor might need hazard waste removal license..

But as of today, I am strongly considering converting it into a single-family rental because based on some Zillow comps I’ve seen I could get upwards of $8000.00 per month which is more than double my mortgage, taxes and operating expenses.

I just mean to say that I don't think there is anything wrong with their business plan, their operational expertise, and so on, so unless something melts the economy down, it seems as though Brian integrity of the operators is the only remaining variable. 

However, I enjoy the more operational side of flips and would like to grow my business out of state to increase flipping volume and have less competition in finding deals.
