Congrats on growing your portfolio so quickly—that’s amazing progress in just a couple of years!

The problem is a gun just like any external weapon can give the person carrying it the false sense of superiority.It amazes how many people practice with a gun yet a gun is not allowed in a ton of places nationally.

Names Christian, I’ve, been doing real estate investing for bout a year now, worked on my first property which wasn’t the best ideal situation, but it was an amazing learning experienced that I wouldn’t trade, made a lot of mistakes that after all the classes and events i have attended i am learning where i went wrong, and really in need of a coach to help guide me in the right direction, i do have a game plan in place and the goal i want to reach  just need to be helped its a path.

Now the real issue is the other tenant has now written me a lengthy letter saying she is scared to address the issue because of repercussions from this woman.

My architech is amazing at what she does and have high hopes that we will be able to have something that can fit into the box. 

The tenant is amazing and has been there for a long time, she says she has no plans on leaving. 

Personal/rental/work.Normal insurance providers won't touch an airbnb.Any help would be amazing!
