Can an amateur get financing on an unfinished property with 50% down? 

Never knew that a game of darts played with blindfolds on will evoke so much discussion that too among amateurs!

Amateur question for sure, but appreciate any and all feedback or resources I can further research.

So Ive been looking a lot into the BRRRR strategy and this may be a very amateur question, so bear with me!

If you kept emailing me, I would also likely avoid you due to not wanting to work with an amateur as I would anticipate you would not really thrive in any real relevant or significant business circles .

If you think working with a pro is expensive, wait until you work with an amateur.

I am an amateur investor and want to start talking tax strategy for 2021.

An amateur could see that "Houston we have a problem!"

Joe nailed it - why pay somebody for amateur results (who knows what level of quality of cleaning you'll get from somebody who has never cleaned) when you can hire an experienced pro for the same amount and know your results will be good?
