I wouldn't go jumping on a plane to travel and see cities at this point----just pretend you're in a 1st class airplane seat as you do your research from the comfort of your home.You could do a search here for "cash flow properties" or "best cities for cash flow"---something like that---and see what comes up.

If the hangar is inside the airport grounds and you have to have a code to get inside, then many of the "neighbors" might not be all that thrilled that you're letting in "non-airplane" people into their space who may not know the rules, may be curious, etc.

Guys and ladies who work hard, live below his or her means, and stack cash, either waiting to reinvest, are currently buying, or are busy working on properties.The issue I do have with the financial freedom people are when they show airplanes, luxury cars and people dressed up and wearing designer sunglasses in their ads, when they should be showing a dude wearing work boots and dirty clothes standing in front of their pickup truck or work van.
